How do we deal with change in processes, products or personnel? In the Organizational Behaviour certificate, you will learn how effective organizations operate. You will take courses that are designed to help you understand yourself and others, to help you identify and nurture your own leadership potential, and to build the skills to work with groups and lead others. This certificate is ideal for those in or those who wish to enter managerial positions.
