Summer Language Program (SLP)

Come and join us at Humber this Summer!

Humber's Summer Language Program Includes:

  • 18 hours of classroom instruction
  • 5 proficiency levels from beginner to advanced
  • Pronunciation and grammar sessions in our modern language labs
  • Afternoon theme-based electives and workshops, such as presentation skills, business, drama, music, dance, yoga, art, and sports
  • Optional weekly Discover Toronto field trips to museums, art galleries, shopping centres, sports facilities, and the many multi-cultural areas in downtown Toronto
  • Optional social activities and weekend trips including boat cruises on Lake Ontario, Toronto Zoo, World-class shopping, Canada’s Wonderland, Wasaga Beach, Niagara Falls, night clubs, movies, and more

How it Works


You have a choice of two sessions: Spring (June/July) or Summer  (July/August).

Fees include:

  • tuition fees
  • full meal plan (breakfast, lunch , dinner, 7 days a week)
  • on-campus residence accommodation
  • health insurance
  • airport transfers for international students

Alternative fees are available for students not staying in residence or will different meal plans.

Age: 18yrs + (Explore Students must be 19+)

Groups - Tailor Your Experience

Flexible course length: from 2 to 10 weeks from June to mid August

Age: 18 yrs + (Explore Students must be 19 +)

Group Fees: The Fee is dependent on your group’s specific needs and can include:

  • tuition fees – dependant on course length.
  • full meal plan (breakfast, lunch, dinner, 7 days a week) or part meal plan (Breakfast, Dinner for example)
  • on-campus residence accommodation
  • health insurance
  • weekend excursions (Excursion packages can be priced and included in the fee or be optional)
  • airport transfers
