College graduates need to communicate effectively. Employers are requiring graduates to be increasingly more skilled in their language abilities: reading, writing, and speaking. They must know how to read and interpret information and communicate their ideas both orally and in writing. Our communication courses help develop and enhance students written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills and presentation techniques, to ensure success in any business environment.
We offer many in-class and online communication courses that can be taken individually, or used towards our Business Communications Certificate.
The English Placement Test is not required for General Interest Courses.
Students registering into the Communication/English Credit courses for the first time must take the English Placement Test.
