Whether we work in, or own, a small, medium or large enterprise, one thing will remain constant: we work with people. How do we make decisions that provide vision and motivation to managers and employees alike? How do we manage success as our businesses grow, become larger and more complicated? How do we deal with change in processes, products or personnel? In the Organizational Behaviour certificate, you will learn how effective organizations operate. You will take courses that are designed to help you understand yourself and others, to help you identify and nurture your own leadership potential, and to build the skills to work with groups and lead others. This certificate is ideal for those in or those who wish to enter managerial positions.
When you begin this certificate program, please contact liberalartsce@humber.ca with your name, student number and the name of the certificate you are working towards. This will allow us to follow your progress during your studies and provide you with any information you may need to know.
