“The Logit Group has enjoyed a successful partnership with Humber College’s Research Analyst Program for over five years, hiring at least 15 students during this time. All have since stayed on in full-time roles, and a majority have progressed into Project Manager roles within the first few years of employment.
We recognize that Humber prepares a great foundation for students with course work and knowledge learned throughout the program. Combined with the hands-on experience learned throughout the placement, this helps students jumpstart their careers within the Market Research industry.
Humber students are mentored by fellow staff and team leaders, and we also create an environment to allow for hands-on learning and mentorship experiences, with opportunities to progress into Project Management and Leadership roles.
Key success factors include the ability to handle multiple priorities, have an acute attention to detail, willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and an ongoing focus and desire for excellent client service.
Humber provides us the opportunity to recruit for talent through the placement program requirement as well as via job postings for project coordinator roles. This way, whether a student completed their placement with us or not, they still have an opportunity to apply for a position.
We are excited to recruit for future talent and look forward to continuing our partnership with Humber College.”

“As a leader, I have always made it a priority to support school to work transitions for students. Landing a job is challenging without experience – and a great way to get experience before getting a job in your field is via an internship. All our Humber Research Analyst Program (RAP) interns have had positive attitudes, a learning stance and a keen desire to be successful. Inviting interns into your work place (or virtually) is a tremendously rewarding experience – not only are you providing a very important learning experience for students, but they can add value as they bring great enthusiasm and current skills. As an employer, you are also building capacity in your field (and the workforce) by supporting early career students. The Humber RAP team managing the process is a pleasure to deal with and we will always keep our doors open for future Humber RAP interns.”

"I enrolled in the Humber Research Analysts Post-Grad Program looking for a career change and in less than a year I was working in the research field. The program helped me by connecting me with industry professionals and providing me with the necessary skills needed to land a job in market research. The course gave me the chance to put my knowledge and skills into practice with an internship placement which ultimately lead me to a job. It's amazing how in a year so much has changed and I've been able to kick-start my career in this industry!"
"This program really works! With research courses comparable to those at a master's degree level, strong industry connections, and outstanding guest speakers, the program justified - and exceeded by far - all my expectations."
