Abstract
This report gives detailed insights and analysis of how working from home as a new norm in Ontario has affected economic, social, transportation, and children's education factors and what can be done to recover from that. The topic relates to almost every individual. Due to the pandemic, even we have faced every aspect of it. The audience would be surprised to see the actual figures of the affected industry. Hence, our research correctly syncs with affected people and businesses. The accurate findings and figure facts were much worse. It greatly impacted the mental health of the people in all aspects. The main implication is that after exploring the related fields, people will start to think about their work from home conditions and cope in a better way for self and business upliftment.
