In this 42-hour teacher development program, internationally trained teaching professionals explore evidence-based theories and innovative strategies to motivate and challenge learners. Its content-focused interactive workshops, feedback on teaching, and community of practice support teachers in designing engaging learning experiences through reflection tasks, collaboration with peers, and coaching. Participants will complete self-directed modules, engage in online discussions, and participate in synchronous sessions that activate skill development in critical reflection, innovative digital tools, and the creation of impactful learning experiences for all.
